Where is my coffee grown?

All over the globe. Each coffee blend provides a description of the origin the beans are from.

 

How long will my coffee beans last?

We recommend using whole coffee beans within 3 months of the roast date. If your beans have been pre-ground we recommend consuming them within 2 weeks of opening.

 

What does acidity, aroma, body etc mean?

Coffee enthusiasts identify acidity as the dry, bright, and sparkling sensation that sets a high-quality, high-grown coffee apart from a mundane, lower-grown coffee. Admittedly, this is the rather snooty way of looking at the issue, though it is true that many highly-prized coffees are grown at high elevation and are characterized by their bright, nuanced qualities.

Coffee aroma refers to the smell of the coffee after it gets in touch with hot water. That is when it becomes hot and turns into the delicious drink. The scent of coffee is quite distinct and fascinating.

The “body” refers to the texture of the coffee. A good coffee with a full body has a weight or “fullness” that your mouth perceives as you drink it. The body of a good coffee should saturate your mouth firing all taste buds.

 

How should I store my coffee after I open it?

Once opened, we recommend storing our coffee in an airtight container in a cool dark space.

We are based in Bendigo – Central Victoria.

 

How long does delivery take?

Running business days.

Any orders before 12pm will be dispatched same day.

Shipping times are as follows;

Standard Shipping 2 – 5 business days

Express Shipping 1 – 2 business days

Note: Accessories will be subject to a slightly longer time period.

 

Where are the beans shipped from?

Bendigo, Victoria.

 

Can I get my order shipped to a P.O. Box, Locked Bag or Parcel Locker?

Absolutely! Simply select that option at checkout and enter the address.
